Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for these simple little Gluten Free and Dairy Free Strawberry Granola Pots. This week’s final recipe is a little later than usual. I had vascular surgery on Wednesday and it has left me feeling more wiped out than I expected. I also look like I’ve been attacked by a vampire as they entered the heart through the jugular vein in my neck. Luckily I’m on the mend and I’m sure I’ll be back to my usual self pretty soon.
I’m always after easy, but tasty, breakfast ideas. I made some simple little strawberry granola pots a few weeks ago and thought I would share them. If you can’t find dairy free strawberry yoghurt then it can easily be swapped for another flavour or coconut yoghurt.

Strawberry Granola Pots (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the strawberries into a small saucepan over a medium heat with a tablespoon of water
Cook for about 5 minutes or until they have broken down
Set aside to cool
Layer up strawberry yoghurt, gluten free granola and the strawberries in two small jars or bowls
Top with a drizzle of peanut butter
