Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for these Gluten and Dairy Free Peach & Almond Tart.
I do enjoy a little treat pastry for breakfast but I’ve never really come across a version that is both gluten and dairy free so I tend to make my own. With the availability of gluten and dairy free pastry sheets in the supermarket this has made the process of making these type of pastries so much quicker.
If you want to make your own pastry then I do have a recipe for a gluten and dairy free rough puff pastry on my website. I’ve topped these little pastries with roasted cinnamon peaches, a sweet glaze and flaked almonds. Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning with a big cup of coffee.

Peach & Almond Tart (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Flakey pastry topped with cinnamon peaches and almonds
Prehat the oven to 180 oC
Cut the pastry sheet into 6 squares and place on a baking sheet
Brush with the beaten egg
Mix together the peach slices, brown sugar, gluten free flour and cinnamon
Place 4 peach slices in the middle of each pastry square
Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes
Mix together the icing sugar and dairy free milk
Drizzle over the pastries and sprinkle on the almonds
