Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Sweet Chilli Chicken Burgers.

It’s not been the greatest week so far. Sometimes I’m really in control of my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and other times the injuries and hospital appointments start to pile up.

Next week I have appointments at vascular surgery and haematology, which was more than enough for one week.  Unfortunately on top of that I have another tear and ulcer on my cornea leaving me with another load of hospital appointments and a pirate style eye patch.

Enough of my moaning and back to today’s recipe.  I love a good burger and this time I’ve gone with a sweet chilli chicken burger topped with dairy free cheese and avocado.

Sweet Chilli Chicken Burgers (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 20 min Total Time 30 mins Servings: 2


Sweet chilli chicken burgers with guacamole and cheese



  1. Mix the chicken mince, onion, peppers, sweet chilli sauce, oregano and seasoning together in a large bowl
  2. Shape into two large burgers
  3. Cook in a shallow pan for about 8 minutes on each side
  4. Alternatively bake in the oven at 180 oC for 20-25 minutes
  5. Serve on a gluten free buns with avocado and cheese
