Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Gooey Raspberry Brownies.
I think brownies get a bad name in the gluten free community – I feel a bit bad for them to be honest. As they are often the only gluten free cake on offer in cafes a lot of you are reporting you are a bit sick of them. Nothing beats a proper homemade gooey brownie and this one has fresh raspberries added in as well.
I’ve been really enjoying baking recently and I’ve got some great new recipes coming up for you. Including a flourless chocolate cake, cinnamon swirl bars, ACE muffins, chocolate chip muffin loaf and spiced white chocolate cookies. Hopefully something on the list will inspire you to get into the kitchen and bake a little gluten and dairy free treat.
