I’ve used my homemade granola recipe which is ready in under 30 minutes. Topped with juicy apple sauce and served with dairy free yoghurt. It is one of my favourite go to recipes.

Granola with Apple Sauce (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Preheat the oven to 150 oC
Mix together the oats, agave, oil, water, cinnamon and chopped apples
Spread out the oats on a lined baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
Allow to cool
Stir through the sultanas
Fill two bowls with the granola and top with a the apple sauce
