  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined
  2. Wrap the cookie dough in clingfilm and refrigerate for an hour or pop in the freezer for 20 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  4. Divide the cookie dough into 15 balls
  5. Place on two baking sheets and flatten slightly
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
  7. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before enjoying
