A little taste of India, these onion bhajis are baked in the oven so you don’t have the hassle of trying to fry them. A lot of Indian cooking is naturally gluten free as gram flour is frequently used.

Baked Onion Bhajis (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Description
A little taste of India, these onion bhajis are baked in the oven so you don't have the hassle of trying to fry them. A lot of Indian cooking is naturally gluten free as gram flour is frequently used.Ingredients
Spice Mix for the Onions:
Bhaji Mix:
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200 oC

Fry the onions in a little olive oil for a couple of minutes

Add in the spice mix and cook for a further minute

Remove the onions from the heat

In a large bowl, combine the gram flour, salt, cumin and coriander

Mix in the onions and tomato puree

Add in the water and stir well
-
Place 2 tablespoons of mix onto the baking parchment
-
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
