Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe Gluten & Dairy Free Avocado Steak Sandwich.

I’m glad it is Saturday and I’m back at home visiting family for the weekend.  I’m always impressed by the effort my parents go to making sure I have everything gluten free and there is absolutely no cross contamination.

I find lunch the most difficult to come up with new and exciting gluten and dairy free ideas for.  The majority of my new lunch recipes seem to be soup so this time I decided to share a quick sandwich idea.  I’ve used thin steak with mayonnaise, chilli jam and topped with lots of my favourite avocado.
