Welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Rosemary Maple Pigs In Blankets.

I’m feeling quite organised for Christmas this year.  I have the majority of my presents purchased and wrapped with only a few last minutes pieces to pick up, the Christmas tree is up and I’ve been squirrelling away gluten free Christmas goodies for the last few weeks.

I also have the majority of my website prepped as well with only a few outstanding round up posts to upload.  Fingers crossed I can just sit back and enjoy my four days of Christmas parties in a row starting this Thursday – luckily I have the Monday and Tuesday off work!

I tend to post a lot of sweet treat recipes in December so thought I would share this simple little recipe for rosemary maple pigs in blankets.  The maple gives the sausages a lovely sticky glaze and the rosemary adds an extra depth of flavour.  Perfect as a dish at a buffet lunch or as a side on the big day.
