Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Choc Nut Granola.
I’ve started doing a bit of work on my website updating some of the photographs and graphics that I have. When I started my website the recipes worked well but some of the photographs aren’t the best.
Luckily I live a couple of minutes walk from a beautiful bay and spent a couple of hours in the sun working on this week’s posts and a plan for the photos I want to change. I also had a lemon and raspberry cupcake with me to eat – I’ll share the recipe soon.
I often make my own gluten free breakfast cereal as it is so simple, and cheaper, to make. As I can pick what I put in it I also enjoy the variety as there is often not a great choice in the supermarket.

Choc Nut Granola (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150 oC

Place the coconut oil in a shallow pan over a low heat

Stir in the honey and peanut butter

Cook until melted and well combined
-
Turn off the heat and stir in the peanuts, cocoa powder and oats
-
Stir until the oats are well coated in the mixture

Spread out on a lined baking tray

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool
