Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Peanut Layered Fudge.
We had a bake sale at work the other week – we are doing some fundraising for a team challenge at a local community farm in May.
I made apple cupcakes with caramel frosting, hot chocolate cupcakes and this chocolate peanut layered fudge. It is really easy to make – only a few simple ingredients. You only need a small piece of this fudge as it is lovely and sweet but if you keep it in the fridge then it will last for a few weeks.
