Hello everyone, welcome to my latest delicious baking recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free German Apple Cake. This works perfectly as a lovely slice of cake with a big cup of coffee. I also tend to serve it warm with either dairy free custard or ice cream.

I managed to make a dairy free creme brulee for dessert the other night that I was really happy with. Luckily I remembered to take photographs and I’ll get the recipe typed up asap.
