Morning everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Egg, Spinach and Salsa Wrap.

You can buy some great gluten free tortilla wraps in the supermarket now, a personal favourite of mine is the BeFree wraps. I’ve used them in this simple but nutritious breakfast.

Egg, Spinach and Salsa Wrap (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 10 min Total Time 15 mins
Servings: 2



  1. Cook the tortilla wraps in a large shallow pan for 1 minute on each side
  2. Saute the spinach for 1 minute then place on the tortilla wrap
  3. Fry the eggs until the yolk is almost set
  4. Place on top of the spinach
  5. Top with a little salsa
