Hello everyone, my latest recipe is for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Apple Smoothie. You can pick whatever dairy free milk you would like to use as a base. I’ve then added some gluten free oats, cinnamon, an apple and a little maple syrup.
This is quite a filling smoothie so you can either use this recipe to make one large smoothie or divide it between two smaller cups. This smoothie can also be made the night before and stored in the fridge for a quick breakfast.
