Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Carrot & Parsnip Soup. I think this will probably be the last of my more wintery recipes and it is finally getting a bit warmer here in Scotland. Most weeks I make a pot of soup as they are a great go to lunch idea that can easily be made gluten and dairy free.

I do have a few new soup recipes in the making which I’ll post cover the next month. It includes a delicious chicken, leek and potato soup, a harissa roasted carrot soup and a vegetable curry soup.
