Thai Basil Chicken (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Add the oil in to a shallow pan over a medium heat

Add in the garlic and curry paste and fry for a couple of minutes

Stir in the chicken, onion and green beans

Saute for 10 minutes

Stir in the cashew nuts, tamari and the basil leaves

Stir fry for 2 minutes

Serve with rice and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce
