Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Stewed Plum Pots.
I was super excited this summer as the plum tree in my garden actually had fruit on it for the first time.
My sister and mum both took away a load of plums and made jam. I decided to stew what was leftover and use for various bits and pieces.
I made this little gluten and dairy free breakfast pot and thought I would share the recipe with you guys in case you are looking for new ideas for breakfast.

Stewed Plum Pots (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place the plums, sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon in a pan over a low to medium heat

Cook for about 10 minutes or until the plums are falling apart

Allow to cool completely
-
Divide between 4 glasses and top with the yoghurt and granola
