For the Chips:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 oC
  2. Wash the potatoes an peel the potatoes
  3. Slice into chips
  4. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper
  5. Spread out on a baking sheet
  6. Cook on the top shelf of the oven for 20 minutes, turn halfway through cooking

For the Steaks:

  1. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  2. Heat up a grill or frying pan on a medium heat
  3. Add the steaks and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (for medium)
  4. Remove from the heat and allow to sit for about 5-7 minutes before serving

For the Coleslaw:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix well and serve with the steaks
