Hello everyone, welcome to my latest dinner recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Slow Cooked Chilli Garlic Pork Noodles. This is the perfect throw everything in the slow cooker and leave recipe. All you have to do is quickly stir fry your veggies and cook your gluten free noodles.

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the cornflour, vegetables and noodles, into your slow cooker

  2. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3 hours

  3. Mix the cornflour with two tablespoons of water and pour into the slow cooker 

  4. Cook for another hour or until the sauce has thickened

  5. Remove the pork, shred and return to the sauce

  6. Cook the gluten free noodles according to the packet, drain and set aside

  7. Stir fry the vegetables on a high heat for 3-4 minutes

  8. Add in the cooked gluten free noodles and pork mixture

  9. Divide between four bowls and serve
