Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Hummus, Tomato & Serrano Toast.
This is such a simple little recipe but I thought it was worth sharing for some breakfast inspiration. Often gluten free bread/toast can be pretty dry so I usually try and eat it with some exciting toppings. This time I’ve added some hummus, tomatoes, Serrano Ham and chopped chives.
I also have a sweet version with peanut butter, banana and blueberries that I’ll take a picture of soon and share.

Hummus, Tomato & Serrano Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Lightly toast the bread and spread generously with the hummus
Add a slice of Serrano Ham to each piece of toast
Top with slices of the tomato and a sprinkle of chives
