Instructions

Season both sides of the tuna with the salt and pepper

Drizzle over the lemon juice

In a small bowl mix together the coriander leaf, dill and parsley

Sprinkle over the fish, if you have time leave to marinade for a couple of hours

Heat a grill or frying pan over a medium to high heat

Sear the tuna steaks for a couple of minutes on each side

Serve with salad and fries
