Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Green Smoothie Bowl.

Hands up if you’ve over indulged a bit this Christmas! This morning I got up and fancied something relatively healthy so I set about making a green smoothie bowl. The banana, avocado and nut butter make a lovely creamy base for this smoothie while the mango and apple juice give it a lovely natural sweetness. I love the contrast of the red raspberries against the gentle green of the smoothie bowl. A perfect way to kick start the morning.

  2. Blitz until smooth

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the strawberries and granola
