Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Spicy Tomato Prawns.
Final recipe of this week is for this spicy tomato prawn dish. From all the photographs I have on the website it looks like I eat about 90% of meals out a bowl! Not sure what that says about me, if anything at all.
You can adjust the recipe to lower the heat or add more in if you like your dishes super spicy. I served mine with some fresh herbs and brown rice.

Spicy Tomato Prawns (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
Add the onions, peppers and garlic
Saute for 5 minutes
Add the prawns and cook for 4 minutes
Sprinkle in the brown sugar, chilli sauce, passata, oregano and seasoning
Simmer for 3 minutes
I served mine with brown rice and avocado
