Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Kung Pao Prawn Noodles.
I’ve not really been that organised with the website this week. Sometimes I’m super prepared and have everything typed up, published on the website and loaded into my app that posts to my social media channels throughout the week.
This time not so organised, which is the reason it is Saturday and I’ve only shared one of my three recipes I promised you for this week. So I’m sharing my Kung Pao Prawn noodles today and my recipe for chai spiced apple turnovers tomorrow to get me back on track.
I’m also hoping to spend Sunday morning getting on top of the website posts for next week. I absolutely love the website and this month I’m exciting to have sneaked into the top 100 on the Foodies 100 list of websites. I work full time in a job I’m really passionate about and working on recipes are a great opportunity for me to switch off and relax.
