Welcome to my latest Gluten Free and Dairy Free Green Pineapple Smoothie Bowl.
I used to think smoothie bowls were just for the summer but they definitely have a place on my winter breakfast list. This time of year I can start to over indulge in festive treats so starting the day with something healthy always makes me feel a bit brighter!
Rather than lazying around on Sunday morning I’ve managed to prep a lot of next week’s food which always helps me eat better. I’ve made a tomato and salmon pasta, Cajun prawns and a creamy chicken and mushroom soup which has put me in a good mood for the week ahead.

Green Pineapple Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
For the toppings:
Place the spinach, banana, pineapple and milk in a blender
Blitz until smooth
Pour into the bowl and top with fresh pineapple and desiccated coconut
