Apple Baked French Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Grease 2 individual ramekins

In a medium sized bowl whisk together the milk, apple sauce, egg, cinnamon and maple syrup

Stir in the sultanas
-
Tear the bread into bite sized chunks and stir into the milk mixture

Spoon into the 2 ramekins
-
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
