Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Choc PB Banana Frozen Shells.

Sometimes I like to take my time and make proper ice-cream from scratch on a lazy Sunday.  The majority of the time I don’t actually have the time to do this and make a quick alternative like this.

I made these in a pretty little shell shape using a madeleine tin.  If you don’t have one of these then you can freeze in the shape of lollies or in little muffin tins.

I like to serve these shells with some fresh berries for a quick dessert.  You could also cover in chocolate and eat like a choc ice or as ice pops.
