Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free One Pot Sausage & Pepper Pasta.
This is not a traditional pasta dish and I’m sure there are probably food purists that will be upset by this dish. On the other hand this recipe is what my website is all about – quick to make gluten and dairy free meals with easily sourced ingredients.
The beauty of this dinner is that it is all cooked in one pot – so if like me you hate washing up – then this dish is for you. I’ve added onion, peppers and smoked sausage to this pasta but you can really add anything you like – some bacon would be great or you can make it vegetarian.

One Pot Sausage & Pepper Pasta (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
A creamy tomato pasta dish with smoked sausage and peppers all made in one pot
Pour a drizzle of olive oil to a medium sized saucepan
Place on a medium heat
Add in sausages, pepper, onion and garlic
Sauté for 5 minutesAdd in the pasta, passata, water, oregano and seasoning
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked
Stir in the dairy free milk and cheese, cook for a couple of minutes and then serve
