Hello everyone, welcome to my easy recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Tuna Melt Toastie.
For years at work we have run numerous schemes that give young adults the opportunity to come and work in Finance and learn about being in an office environment. I’ve always enjoyed having people intern with me but never fully appreciated the impact schemes like this have on people – until yesterday. I was really touched when someone who had interned with us 4 years ago got in touch out of the blue to say that it had really influenced what he wanted to do as a career and was finishing his degree in Finance. That totally made my day and I’m really proud of his achievements.
Now I have found decent gluten free bread I’ve been enjoying some nice toasted sandwiches and French toast recipes. I’ve made a lovely flavoured tuna sandwich filler with an added bit of crunch from the red peppers. Great for a lunch or served with salad and fries for an easy dinner.
