Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Raspberry Chia Parfait.
I’m a bit behind with the website this week. This is me just getting round to doing my second post this week and it is fairly late on in the day.
Tonight’s recipe is for a simple but very pretty little breakfast parfait. Homemade gluten free granola topped with raspberry chia jam, dairy free yoghurt and some sliced banana – a great way to start any day.

Raspberry Chia Parfait (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place 2 tablespoons of granola in the base of each glass

Place the raspberries, honey and chia seeds in a blender and blitz until smooth
-
Split between the two glasses

Top with the yoghurt and sliced banana
