Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Truffles.

I’ve been wanting to try and make my own gluten and dairy free chocolate truffles for ages and I eventually got round to it.  Now I have a basic recipe I’m happy with I think I’ll start experimenting with different flavours of truffle.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the milk in a small saucepan and heat until just before boiling point
  2. Remove from the heat and beat in the chocolate until it is melted
  3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours
  4. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls
  5. Roll in the cocoa powder
  6. Store in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy
