Chicken, Bacon & Broccoli Pasta (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Servings: 2



  1. Place the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  2. Add in the chicken, garlic, chilli, onion, broccoli, smoked bacon
  3. Stir fry for 8 minutes
  4. Pour in the dairy free cream and milk
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  6. Stir in the dairy free cheese and oregano
  7. Cook for a couple of minutes
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Stir through the pasta
  10. Serve
