Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pear and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend.  I was down in London at a friend’s birthday party – he is also gluten and dairy free so I was sorted for all things buffet and cake!

Still struggling with my badly swollen foot so off to get an MRI scan of the foot and ankle this week.  Fingers crossed it shows a problem that can be relatively easily fixed.  I’m missing my fancy shoes and little boots as trainers are the only footwear that is fitting on at the moment.

I love the vibrant colours in this mornings smoothie bowl.  The deep purple of the blueberries is the perfect backdrop to the delicate colour of the pear smoothie.  If you want to save time on this recipe you can just put all the ingredients into the blender at once and it will taste just as good.
