Hello everyone, my latest baking recipe is for these delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Cherry Cheesecake Brownies. I know brownies sometimes get a bad reputation in the gluten free community. They are often the only treat available in cafes and are often prepackaged and lets face it a little bit dry.
Don’t let that put you off brownies as nothing beats a good homemade one. I’ve elevated my standard recipe by adding in a swirl of cherry cheesecake.

Cherry Cheesecake Brownies (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
For the brownies:
For the cherry cheesecake swirl:
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Line a 6” by 6” tray bake tin

Cream together the dairy free spread and sugar

Stir in the melted chocolate
-
Beat in the eggs
-
Stir in the flour and vanilla extract
-
Pour into the cake tin

Make the cheesecake by beating together the dairy free cream cheese, caster sugar and egg

Fold in the cherries
-
Pour the cherry cheesecake on top of the cake batter and swirl into the brownie batter with a knife

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes

Allow to cool in the tin before cutting into slices
