Banana & Peanut Butter Baked Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Preheat the oven to 200 oC
Mix together the oats, yoghurt, eggs, one of the bananas (mashed) and the peanut butter
Divide between two individual casserole dishes, top with the other banana (sliced) and bake in the oven for 30 minutes
