I made a savoury version of this last month and promised to share my sweet version. This is a bit cheeky being called a recipe but I’m hoping this gives you a bit of inspiration for new breakfast ideas.

Banana & Blueberry Almond Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 5 min Cook Time 5 min Total Time 10 mins Servings: 2 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the bread and spread generously with the  almond butter

  2. Top with the sliced banana and blueberries

  3. Drizzle on a little maple syrup or honey and top with a pinch of ground cinnamon
