For the grilled turkey:

Instructions

Drizzle both sides of the turkey steaks with olive oil

Season with salt and pepper

Dust with the smoked paprika and chilli flakes

Heat a shallow pan over a high heat

Cook the turkey steaks for about 6 minutes on each side

Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and blitz until smooth

Put the salad in a large bowl, top with the grilled turkey steak and drizzle on the chilli pineapple dressing
