Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Chutney. This is a nice simple recipe using lots of fresh tomatoes. I like to make a jar for the store cupboard and then a few smaller jars for gifts.
This chutney works very well with a gluten and dairy free grilled cheese sandwich. I’ve also used this chutney in a few of my other recipes. One of my favourites being chutney sausage rolls.
