White Chocolate & Raspberry Madeleines (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  2. Whisk together the eggs, honey and caster sugar for a couple of minutes

  3. Stir in the baking powder, flour, raspberries and melted dairy free spread

  4. Grease a silicone madeleine mould

  5. Fill each mould 3/4 full

  6. Bake for 12 minutes

  7. Remove gently from the mould and allow to cool completely

  8. Dip the end of each madeleine into the melted chocolate

  9. Allow the chocolate to set before serving
