Banana and Oat Choc Chip Cookies (Gluten Free, Dairy Free) 

Servings: 9



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  2. Beat together the banana, dairy free spread and both sugars until well combined
  3. Stir in the egg
  4. Add the flour, oats, baking soda and chocolate chips
  5. Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and flatten into cookie shapes
  6. Bake in the oven for 18 minutes
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
