Summer Prawn Pasta (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet

Add the olive oil to a shallow pan over a medium heat

Saute the garlic, courgette, chilli flakes, tomatoes and prawns for about three minutes

Add in the lemon juice

Season with salt and pepper

Stir in the cooked pasta and serve
