Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Raspberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl.

I hope you all had a great weekend.  I seemed to have one of those weekends, which despite best endeavours, wasn’t that productive.  Ollie cat has been poorly and ended up having to go in the bath and I dropped the pie shell I had just made for my strawberry tart.  It shattered into a million pieces – I think I’ll be finding digestive biscuit crumbs for the rest of my life.  Suppose some days are just like that!

I haven’t posted a breakfast recipe for a while – even though it is my favourite meal of the day.  As it has been so hot recently I’ve been enjoying cooling things for breakfast like this smoothie bowl.

Purple is my favourite colour so the pinky/purple colour of this smoothie bowl is right up my street.  It is really easy to make and you can top it with whatever fruit you like.

Raspberry Ginger Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Total Time 10 mins Servings: 1 Best Season: Summer



  1. Place the raspberries, banana, ginger and dairy free milk in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth
  3. Pour into a bowl
  4. Top with the lime, kiwi, pineapple, mandarins and granola
