Hello everyone, I made this delicious Gluten Free and Dairy Free Smooth Chocolate Chia Pudding for breakfast the other morning. I’ve heard a few people aren’t overly keen on the texture of chia seeds – they can be a bit funny. This time I’ve explored making a smooth chia seed pudding in the blender. This breakfast pudding pot will last in the fridge for a couple of days so it is a good prep ahead recipe. You can top with whatever you fancy or have available in the fridge.
