Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Grease and line a loaf tin

Beat together the dairy free spread and caster sugar

Beat in the eggs, marmalade, orange juice and orange zest

Stir in the flour, xanthan gum, ground almonds and baking powder

Pour into the loaf tin and top with the orange slices

Bake for 45 minutes

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing
