Instructions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet and split between the two tubs

Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of fajita seasoning

Heat some olive oil in a shallow pan and cook the salmon steaks for about 4 minutes on each side

Add some olive oil, diced onion, peppers and the remaining teaspoon of fajita seasoning to a pan and sauté for about 5 minutes

Divide the salmon and vegetables between the two tubs
