For the fish:
For the mango salsa:

Make the coating for the fish by mixing together the olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice and seasoning

Coat the fish in the marinade

Grill the fish in the frying pan in a little olive oil over a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side

To make the mango salsa combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl

Serve the hake with the mango salsa
