Hello everyone, my latest recipe for Tagliatelle Pomodoro is so simple but one of my favourite pasta dishes. As it only has a few ingredients I like to make sure I buy good quality chopped tomatoes. Another must for this recipe is the fresh basil – you really need the aromatic flavour for this sauce.
I like to make this in a bigger batch and put it in the freezer. It is handy to have for a quick meal if you are having a busy day. It also doubles up as a pizza sauce if you are making your own.
