Hello everyone, as Spring is now here I thought I would share a new recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Raspberry Peach Smoothie. As the weather is now warmer and the sun is shining (well some days) I’ve been making more smoothies and smoothie bowls for breakfast.

This recipe only requires three ingredients – apple juice, peaches and raspberries. Remember you can also use canned peaches in natural juice to make this smoothie if you don’t have fresh peaches. I usually have a bag of frozen raspberries in the freezer so smoothies like this can easily be put together on a busy morning.

  1. Place the apple juice, frozen raspberries and frozen peach slices into a blender

  2. Blitz until smooth and then pour into a large glass
