Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free BBQ Pulled Pork Pasta Bake.
A couple of months ago I shared my recipe for pulled pork carnitas and talked about some recipes I had for using up leftover pulled pork. This is one of my favourite recipes and so simple to make – I’ve stirred the leftover pulled pork through a creamy tomato sauce. Perfect served with salad and some homemade gluten and dairy free garlic bread.
