Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Porridge.
This photograph absolutely captures how I spend most of my Sunday mornings. I have nice long lie in, make a treat breakfast and spend a couple of hours writing up recipes and prepping the website for the week ahead. It is the ultimate relaxing morning for me.
What do you guys do to relax? What is your perfect Sunday morning?
On that particular Sunday morning I was enjoying a large bowl of porridge with swirls of dark chocolate and crunchy peanut butter. Funny thing I never had peanut butter until I was 30 years old – now I can’t get enough of the stuff. I’m totally addicted – you can probably tell that from the number of peanut butter recipes I have on this website.
I know a number of you that follow my site also have nut allergies as well. I’ve recently tried wowbutter, a replacement for peanut butter. On a recent trip to London I popped into Yorica – my favourite free from ice cream place ever. They make their peanut ice cream with a nutfree butter and it tasted amazing.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Porridge (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Mix the oats, milk or water and honey/maple syrup in a small saucepan
Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes
Top with the peanut butter and dairy free chocolate, swirl with a spoon for a marbled effect
